This Airbnb rental was really nice. We chose this particular rental because we felt safer on the second floor. We also loved how nicely decorated the home is. It’s very peaceful. We loved the two different areas for outdoor seating. The price was also lower than the other nearby rentals. Although we didn’t need an extended check-out time it was offered for free. That’s definitely a nice perk! All in all we would definitely choose Matt’s place again. We had no issues.

Very clean condo in a very nice area. Several pools nearby, close to Palm Desert shopping and reasonably close to downtown Palm Springs. Condo was clean, well decorated, spacious, and everything worked. I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay!

I can't recommend Matt's place enough. It was stylish, peaceful, and quiet, with great natural light. Everything was as pictured, if not better. It was also squeaky clean (and did *not* smell like air freshener!) One of the many lovely community pools was right across the street — heated with a hot tub. Matt was an extremely conscientious host. He was proactive, friendly and quick to respond throughout the whole process and stay (thank you, Matt!) p.s. For light sleepers...an October 2025 reviewer mentioned the primary bed frame being noisy — it was not. Also, the development is super quiet at night, as were the neighbors below.

The place was a perfect vacation getaway. It was very peaceful and quiet, with truly stunning views from every angle. The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host provided professional, attentive service throughout the trip, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would happily come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape.
